Parceiros do Café is a special lot created from beans grown on four family-run farms across Brazil’s Minas Gerais region: Boa Vista, Fazenda Furnas, Mato Cipo, and Apostolo Simão.

Each farm brings its own unique character to the cup, and all share a deep commitment to quality, transparency, and responsible growing practices. We chose to work with these producers because of their care for the land, their dedication to their craft, and their openness in how they grow and process their coffee.

Together, these beans create a beautifully clean, balanced, and flavorful cup — rooted in relationships and rich with origin.

Impact

Paying Farmers Fairly
Around 80% of the world’s coffee farmers live below the poverty line — and most coffee prices simply don’t reflect what it takes to earn a sustainable living. This coffee was purchased using a Living Income Pricing model, which ensures farmers are paid fairly and sustainably. By choosing this coffee, you're helping close the living income gap and support long-term prosperity for coffee-growing families.

Supporting Farmer-Led Projects
A portion of the purchase also contributes to a Farmer Impact Fund, which provides direct payments to producers. These funds are used at the farmers’ discretion — from investing in their land to supporting their local communities. It’s a small addition that makes a powerful impact, creating a more connected and equitable coffee supply chain — from grower to cup.
