Finca Churupampa, located in Chirinos, Cajamarca, Peru, is a leading coffee farm. Managed by the Tocto brothers, it's becoming a model for sustainable coffee production. They not only sell their own coffee but also offer export and marketing services to 215 neighboring farmers. The farm hosts a training center open to the community, aiming to uplift farmers from poverty through improved production practices. Churupampa prioritizes farmer welfare and environmental conservation, promoting organic farming and implementing a soil management program using diverse microorganisms from the surrounding forest.
